Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide, and you can find more information on shipping in the Shipping section of our website.
We have studios or warehouses in major countries and regions across Europe, North America, and Asia. We prefer to use local delivery services for local deliveries within these regions (USPS/Postnord). However, we typically use Postnord with local logistics companies or FedEx and DHL Express for full delivery services for countries requiring international logistics services. Rest assured that we always strive to use the most reliable and efficient delivery methods to ensure your order arrives promptly and in good condition.
We usually arrange delivery within 1-3 business days of receiving your order.
Delivery Time: 5-20 business days for delivery.
If the order includes natural materials, the preparation time may be increased by 1-3 days.
Please place holiday orders well in advance to allow sufficient time for delivery.
Once your order is ready for shipment, we'll send you an email with a tracking number. Please note that logistics tracking codes may take 24 to 48 hours to synchronize.
